As an events organiser we are committed to providing full support and information to all exhibitors taking part in our Fairs.

Our aim is to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where exhibitors can benefit from a supportive environment and feel connected to the Scottish community of teachers, trainers, counsellors, therapists, centres and suppliers. Within this environment they can make the most of the opportunities of the event to meet new customers and clients and promote themselves. We are always happy to discuss booking arrangements and encourage stall-holders to support and promote the event for our mutual benefit and success. If you are a therapist, our fairs are an ideal shop window for you. Instead of just seeing your advertising material, potential clients can meet you and discuss their needs face to face. You can offer taster sessions; book future treatments or just have a chat with customers in a secure, friendly environment. By making oor eevnts a regular part of your promotional work you can build up familiarity with our visitors and forward plan around the fairs. Some exhibitors arrange workshops within a few weeks of the fairs so they have something immediate to follow on from their contacts at the fair; by sending out newsletters you can take bookings for treatments/readings in advance and encourage clients/visitors to come and see you or hear your talk. Be creative and use the fair as a tool in your wider promotional campaign.

If you are a retailer, we offer you cheap access to new local markets. You have the chance to "test drive" new products and services or simply offer your goods for sale to a highly concentrated and interested market. We have many regular exhibitor retailers but our fairs are not 'markets' and, as bove, you have to be creative to maximise the returns from your stand.

Now in our 15th year, Body & Soul Events is Scotland's foremost Mind Body Spirit promoter. In 2010 we are running 11 Fairs together with workshops and promotions. We feature some of the UK's top authors and workshop facilitators including Diana Cooper, David Hamilton, Tony Stockwell and Jan de Vries. Body & Soul Events is committed to making our fairs work for you. With colour leaflets and posters, eye-catching newspaper advertising, a growing Social Networking and website presence, wesite advertising opportunities and inventive promotions, no-one offers you better support.

Do our fairs work? In 2009 we booked over 700 stalls with almost all of our fairs fully booked and an average of over 80% repeat bookings!. With additional venues in Ayr and Stirling we hope to reach more visitors in the coming years.
