Thank you for booking a stall at the above fair. I hope you will find it an enjoyable and productive weekend.
Stalls will be allocated when you arrive. Setting up is from 9am on Saturday and 10am on Sunday. Please contact us in advance if you wish to set up on the Friday and we can provide you with the times if this is going to be possible.
The show opens to the public on both days at 11am. It will be possible to leave the stalls set up overnight but it is recommended that any valuable items be removed. It would be appreciated if stall holders would arrive in good time to set up and did not start to pack up before 5.30pm when the show is due to finish. Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of future bookings.
Please note that the fair is on two floors and there is stair only access to the top floor. Please either turn down or switch off mobile phones for the duration to ensure that customers can really relax during the taster sessions. Please bring a table cloth to cover your table as the bare tables are less than attractive!
Partition screens are provided for stalls in the middle of the rooms to hang posters on. The supply of these is very limited so please bring your own stands or banners if required.
Feel free to bring a small pile of your leaflets to place on the Exhibitors Leaflets table. This table is for stallholders leaflets only (as well as businesses who pay £10 in advance for this service), so do not place any other leaflets other than your own there. We check the table throughout the day and bin any leaflets which do not belong on it.
The Council’s in-house caterers are providing the café on the first floor with a range of vegetarian rolls, soup, cakes and drinks.
Unloading and Parking
Please unload at the side entrance on Beach Boulevard beside the swimming pool. There is street parking on the Boulevard itself and in car parks beside the swimming pool and behind the Beach Ballroom.
