Thank you for booking a stall at the above fair. We hope you will find it an enjoyable and productive
day. Stalls will be allocated when you arrive. Setting up is 9am – 11am on the Saturday and 10am– 11am on the Sunday. (Please check with us if you would like to set up on Friday afternoon as this is
sometimes possible).
It would be appreciated if stallholders would arrive in good time to set up and are out of the building by
6.00pm on the Saturday and 7.00pm on the Sunday as this is a requirement of our booking. If we
exceed this deadline we will have to pay by the hour and may have to share costs with our stallholders – something we’re sure everyone would like to avoid! In the case of crystal stalls or those with a lot of
goods, this may mean that you need to start preparing a little earlier to give you enough time. If you
need extra assistance from Body & Soul, please let us know ahead of time.
Feel free to bring a small pile of your leaflets to place on the Exhibitors Leaflets table. This table is for
stallholders leaflets only (as well as businesses who pay £10 in advance for this service), so do not
place any other leaflets other than your own there. We check the table throughout the day and bin any
leaflets which do not belong on it. Please also bring a table cloth to cover your table as the bare tables
are less than attractive!
Please either turn down or switch off mobile phones for the duration to ensure that customers can really relax during the taster sessions.
There will be our usual excellent outside caterers providing a café with an excellent range of
vegetarian rolls, soup, cakes and drinks. They have generously offered to give stallholders half price
tea/coffee. Let them know that you are a stallholder when paying, to receive the discount.
Unloading & Parking
The fair will be located on the first floor but there is a lift for goods. Please unload at the front of the
building where the street is marked for loading. After unloading at the Assembly Rooms, it will be
necessary to re-park. Nearest parking is at Castle Terrace or the St James Centre, both several blocks
away.
Street parking is available, and is free on Sunday, but there is a proliferation of ticket inspectors
around and you would risk a fine if your ticket were to expire.
