Thank you for booking a stall at the above fair. We hope you will find it an enjoyable and productive day. Stalls will be already allocated with your name when you arrive. Setting up will be from 9am on the Saturday and for those coming on Sunday-only it will be from 10am. Please load in from the bus station side of the Concert Hall building. Stallholders with a lot of equipment or stock may load from the loading bay behind the electronic gate on Killermont Street. This is controlled by a member of security staff and they will allow access only when space is available (you may have to wait if the bay is busy with other vehicles so please be patient). You must only unload in this area and then park outside as soon as you have unloaded. Trolleys are available but are usually in high demand so if you have your own trolley please try and bring it.
It would be appreciated if stallholders would arrive in good time to set up and must not start to pack up before 5.30pm when the show is due to finish. Failure to comply with this request may result in the cancellation of future bookings. Please switch off or turn down mobile phones for the fair to ensure that customers can really relax. Please also keep a careful eye on your cash boxes and possessions; we have sadly had a couple thefts at fairs.
Please note that this event will be located on the third floor. Lifts are available. If using the service lift please remember to close both gates as you go out, otherwise the lift will not operate for the next person. Please also bring a table cloth to cover your table as the bare tables are less than attractive! Please only use Velcro hook pads or sewing pins to attach any signage you may have to the display boards. Whitetak may be used with care on wall surfaces. Naked flames are not allowed.
Feel free to bring a small pile of your leaflets to place on the Exhibitors Leaflets table. This table is for stallholders leaflets only (as well as businesses who pay £10 in advance for this service), so do not place any other leaflets other than your own there. We check the table throughout the day and bin any leaflets which do not belong on it.
As the Concert Hall is now providing a café area on the foyer landing we can no longer provide a free refreshment area for stallholders behind the stage. We believe the café will be an important addition to the Fair and hope stall holders will enjoy the food and drink service it will provide.
